Terms and Conditions

Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Management harmless from and indemnify Management against the same.
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children or their pets.
We reserve the right to evict any person who does not comply with the rules & policies.
Respect for the property of Little Bear River Retreat is expected which includes:
No driving on Grassy areas. $200 fee
No smoking in or near buildings. $200 fee
No dogs in any buildings. $200 fee
Clean up after your outside dog. $200 fee
Replacement of any items broken or removed from property.
No cooking near building, i.e. BBQs, burners, griddles etc.
No hunting on property.
No fires outside of fire pit area.
We are not responsible for people falling on any part of the property.
Deposit for reservation is nonrefundable. You may reschedule your reservation.
