CHECK IN 4 PM - CHECK OUT  11 AM

We have enough beds to comfortably sleep 42 guests in our 3 private rooms and 5 cabins/bunkhouses.  We also have 8 RV Hook Ups and plenty of space for tents.

Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is 11 AM.  You can extend check in or check out for $300, if the facility is available. 

Cleaners arrive at 11:00AM. If you are not completely out by checkout we will have to charge double the cleaning fee as they will not be able to do their job as planned. ($250)

You will be sent check in information with a code to the front door, inside there is a key box with all the keys to get into the bunkhouses. 

Yes, there is a nominal cleaning fee included in the booking to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.

You can book as many nights as are available, except for weekends- you must book Friday and Saturday nights together. 

We strive to have our pest control in tip top shape; keep in mind this is a private area of farmland along a river; there is not possible solutions to keep all of them away. 

If this is a concern we recommend you do not stay at Little Bear River Retreat.

Bedding in provided in the main lodge. There are three beds with bedding. 

The cabins/bunk houses have a green sleeping pad/mat but no bedding. We recommend you brind a sleeping bag or bedding of your choice.

Yes WIFI is provided.

Dogs are not allowed in buildings.

Dogs are allowed on the premises but are not allowed in buildings. There is a ($200) fine for dog poop left behind.
